Customer Care Specialist – Niagara Falls

Using a computerized system, responds to customer inquiries in a call center environment.
May perform one or more of the following:

Answer, document, and take appropriate action on incoming calls from schools and borrowers especially the most sensitive.

Gathers information, researches/resolves inquiries and logs customer calls.

Research, analyze, and reconstruct problem accounts, determine appropriate action.
Read and respond to e-mail throughout day, both external and internal mail.
Make outbound calls to schools on outstanding issues.
Communicate issue resolution with initiator, monitor and close issue when complete.

Informs customers about services available and assesses customer needs.

Makes recommendations to management to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Ability to work independently and in team environment.
Ability to speak/write Spanish a plus.
Must have PC skills (Windows, MS Office, email)
Must have excellent communication skills.


All other duties as assigned.
Training Class is April 7, 2008
TRAINING: M-F 8am-4:30pm
SHIFT: M-F 11:30am-8:00pm
